Windows 10: PC BSoD and crash. Kernel-Power critical error 0x8000400000000002

Hello! This is first time for me dropping a question here. Gonna try and be short and precise. Something started happening with my PC a few days ago 3-4 days. It started out with it loading a bit longer and having some small lags while login in. One of my drives both my drives are ssd m2 types started having problems. Wouldn't show up, or wouldn't be able to access it's files it's not a system drive, it's a gaming one. I was able to "fix" it by restarting PC, and then it would load in normally - fast and no issues with that drive. Same thing kept happening through all those days, every t

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.

PC crashes at random times/intervals (Kernel-Power 41 Critical Error/ 0x8000400000000002)

My computer seems to randomly crash at random times with no warning, I can just be browsing the internet doing research on something or be in the middle of a game when it happens. It started maybe a month ago and it'll be fine for a couple of days (sometimes longer) before it will crash again. I have tried a number things to determine the problem/fix the problem such as: updating all drivers, reseating all hardware, running a chkdsk, reinstalling windows, all to no avail. When checking the event viewer the only critical error is the Kernel-Power 41 / 0x8000400000000002, only other error is an event log stating the previous shutdown was unexpected. Any and all help resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, attached is a copy of the minidump file that was created:
