Windows 10: PC being super slow

All of a sudden, my pc when on normal internet just doesn't even work. When I connect it to my phones hotspot it seems to work fine. Another issue is downloading speed on my Xbox which is right beside my pc, and neither are ethernet gets about 150mbps download speed and my pc gets like 3kbps. Anyone else had this issue and have a fix for it?

Super super super slow running Windows 10

I have a Samsung touch screen computer. I upgraded to Windows 10 a couple of months ago. I have Norton antivirus. A couple of weeks ago my computer started to run slow. I did a "go back to a known good date" reset. worked for a while. then started to slow
down. Now it takes over an hour from turning on computer to get to google web page. It works, but is super super slow. Do you have a suggestion to try so I dont lose my saved data. I have only got on set up (F8) once on many attempts. Thank you for any help.

I once has a super slow PC. The cause of it was the CPU heating up due to dried up thermal paste between the CPU & the heatsink & a fan choked with dirt.

I would suggest that you take a look there. HOWEVER, be sure to have a spare tube of thermal paste in the event that you want to separate the CPU fan to confirm.

Another issue would be an ageing HDD causing slow reads which in turn cause serious lag.
