Windows 10: Pc becomes unresponsive and unable to open any sort of app after closing a game

Hey all,Little issue here today. Been going on for a little bit now, would say maybe a few months but haven’t got around to addressing the issue. Any sort of game I play, whether it be Escape from Tarkov, The Sims 4, Counter Strike 2, anything, my computer will not open another game again, unless I restart the whole computer to a fresh load. It will start up fine and run fine the whole time while playing. Never get any issues when running at all honestly and it runs very smoothly. It has stumped me for a bit because it just seems rather odd. I can’t even open Opera, my web browser. As long as

Computer crashing /unresponsive whenever i close any sort of game.

Whenever i launch any sort of game, whether my PC is able to run it, or not, it always crashes/is unresponsive.

If I'm playing any music, or watching a video, the sound stops, but the video continues to play, and the game would freeze. The first thing id do is open task manager via the Taskbar shortcut, but when I click on Task manager, the button would just stick onto my screen, and Task manager wouldn't respond either, and neither any application, or service for that matter. When I try to reset my PC, it just doesn't, and id have to resort to a hard reset. This happens whether the game is low spec, or not. I've tried running the system file checker, deleting apps, lowering my RAM usage, but it always happens. I've tried turning down the graphics of the game, but it still continues to crash when I close it. This has been happening since the 12th of august. I dont recall changing any setting, or downloading anything to make this happen? I've also deleted the games that have continued to crash, yet it still happens? any advice?

after i close apps or game my pc freeze just stops and its unresponsive anyone know what i should do?
its mainly video games like valorant or roblox etc
