Windows 10: OUTLOOK FLASHING CONSTANTLY

outlook.live.com constantly flashing when trying to access my Inbox, other folders are fine, it has been like this for 3 days, please help.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.

flag status constantly flashing

in windows mail and office 365 outlook. the cursor will start flashing and the flag status flashes constantly even though I haven't put a flag on the emails. this continues and only stops if lucky when restarting the computer. does this happen to anyone else?

using windows 11 prof

office 365

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
