Windows 10: Other person takes up 31GB storage but there is no other person

My laptop has small storage and it says 30.8GB of it is taken up by other people even though when I press manage accounts there is only the current one I'm on

We suggest that you follow the steps below to put your settings back to default and see if it helps.

• Right-click your mouse on your desktop.
• Click on Personalize.
• Select Colors.
• Click on High contrast settings.
• From the drop-down menu, select None.
• Click Apply.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

suggest free online storage product/site for personal stuffs

Hello,

Can anyone suggest online product/website which allow free upload with more than 15gb of stuffs and safe and secure for even personal stuffs?

Apart from google drive and dropbox? they have limited storage..any website offering more storage? like 1tb/2tb? or 500gb?

To resolve this issue follow these steps:

• 
  Click on Start > Settings > Personalization.
  
• 
  Click on Color.
  
• 
  Make sure Show color on start, taskbar and action center is turned on.
  

Go back to Personalization and click
Lock screen and choose Screensaver settings and check.
