Windows 10: Other People taking up HD storage on Windows 10 HP Laptop.

Showing "Other People" taking up 110GB on my windows10 laptop. My wife is the other user. She doesn't download any files, nor does she save any files to her user account. No one else uses this computer except myself. I have a total of 70GB from my own files that I am storing. I know this question has been asked before but I cannot find ANY answer to this question by either googling or searching this forum.


PLEASE!


Why can't I see a breakdown of the files that are causing this 110GB to be stored?


How do I delete these 110GB? Where are they?


Don't tell me to use the Disk Clean Up app. I have used it. It got me 2 GB of space.


Don't tell me to download 3rd Party software! THIS IS NOT AN OPTION!


Don't tell me to delete other users from the Manage Other Users option. My wife is the ONLY other user and she's not taking up any space.


Why isn't this easier to fix? Why am I surfing the internet and MS forums in vain? What is happening here?

Win 10 PEOPLE app in laptop not sync'ing with PEOPLE in my LUMIA

Hi,

To help you resolve your concern about People app not syncing on Windows 10 laptop. Let us reset People app by following these steps:

• Go to Settings and click System.
• Click Apps & Features on the left pane of the screen.
• Select People then click Advanced options.
• Under Storage usage and app reset, click Reset.
