Thanks. The system is clean. Error 0x800706be indicates that an important service is disabled. Kindly share the CBS logs and the msinfo32 report.

• CBS logs: c:\windows\logs\cbs\ <= Zip and upload all files in this folder.
  
• DISM log: c:\windows\logs\dism\dism.log
  
• Application Event log: c:\windows\system32\winevt\Logs\Application.evtx
  

Generate a system information report (.NFO file) using the MSINFO32 tool.

• Open MSINFO32.EXE as administrator.
  
• In the MSINFO32 screen, press Ctrl + S and save the system information report (.NFO file).
  

Share the above logs.
