  1. Opening the Wifi/Volume/Battery window from the taskbar causes lag

Almost every time I open the Wifi/Volume/Battery window from the taskbar, it causes lag in my computer for maybe 5 seconds. This usually occurs when I haven't opened the window in a while, though the subsequent attempts to open it don't cause lag, which leads me to assume that it's just when it hasn't loaded in fully or something. This lag causes my mouse to freeze, any music that was playing to completely stop, and I believe the screen also freezes, so if I'm playing any video it stops for a few seconds. I believe that I never had this issue on Windows 10, but I haven't seen any posts about it

    :)
