Windows 10: OOBEEULA ERROR HELP !!!

Hi, I have just started the reset process of my laptop, but whilst installing windows it gets stuck and tells me there is a oobeeula error.I have selected to erase the computer and reinstall from cloud. Clearly it didn’t work. Now I cannot move forward nor backward and I have erased the entire content of my computer.I am trying to create an external key with windows but my only other computer is a Mac so I don’t know how to create a windows 10 key from Mac. Please help me!!! I work with my computer and don’t know what to do!!!HELP THANKS!

OOBEEULA ERROR

I am having troubles setting up my Gateway 15.6” acelerón 4GB/128GB Notebook. When I go through set up the OOBEEULA error comes up. The “try again” option is not working, resetting has not worked and the shift-f10 did not work. Any ideas?

You didn't mention when you got this error? Are you setting up a new PC, reinstalling or doing a factory reset? I can give you faster steps if I know which exactly you are doing, everything you can tell me. If it's a new PC then it has a full support warranty to get this fixed, or may still be under store return policy.

If this is a failed reset or setup, follow these fixes to make the bootable media provided to boot into to try the Reset again or do a Clean Install - one of these will always work unless the hardware is failing:

Press Shift+F10 to open CMD Window on the screen and type regedit.exe to open the Registry editor.
