Windows 10: only shows "Lock" option when clicking on the power button

I have a laptop that I bought a few months ago and it's running on Windows 11.Recently, I've noticed that the power button after pressing the Windows button only shows the "Lock" option, and not the Shut Down or Restart option as it used to. I don't normally shut my computer down as I am a student and often have assignments open through the night so I can get to it the next morning, so I am not sure when this is from.I tried to fix the issue by looking at the other questions in this community, I've tried looking at the settings and my Lenovo Vantage settings as well but couldn't find it. Can a

Hello,

I know that I can lock Windows by holding Start and 'L' at the same time, but I also want an option to do it when I click the power button from the Start menu (it's not there). In all of my previous versions of Windows, there was always an option among all the others, to lock the computer, but in my Windows 10, it's not available. I tried going to all the Power and Power Management settings (even in advanced) to see if I can enable it, but I was unable to do so. Any help would be appreciated to be able to do this. Thank you.

How to disable "5 seconds power button shut off" on a laptop?

I does not suggest you to do this, if you insist on this, try the following steps.

1. Open Control Panel
   
2. Find and click System and Security
   
3. Find and click Power Options
   
4. On the left hand, you will see Choose what the power button does and click it
   
5. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable to be able to change the settings
   
6. In When I press the power button, you can choose Do nothing
