    Ongoing issue with WHEA bsod's


    been an ongoing issue for about a year now and every time I check Whocrashed for some sort of direction I get a report about genuineintel.sys but I've already checked intel processor diagnostic tool several times and had no issues and temps are all within normal parameters. The latest thing I've done to try and fix was do a fresh windows install and wiped everything last night I still had the crash happen a while after however. What I have noticed is that the crashes seemingly all happen randomly but they all happen after a prolonged period of time so I assume it might be a ram issue since my

    Hi BSODARGH,

    Thanks for sharing the minidump files.

    I am afraid that the minidump files indicated the same file as a cause of the BSOD.

    If you have tried all suggested steps above, I would suggest returning the computer to the store if its warranty still applicable. If not, take it to a reliable maintenance shop to take a look at it.

    Thanks for the suggestion, but after a lot of homework I've decided on the Corsair, this whole list has been ongoing since February and it's my final list *Smile Ongoing issue with WHEA bsod's :)

    whea uncorrectable error

    I recently upgraded the hardware in my pc. Since then, I have experienced repeated BSoDs and crashes during high resource use activities (such as gaming and streaming, watching Youtube, or chatting on discord).

    When a BSoD occurs, it comes with the stopcode WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

    The system log in the event viewer lists Event 46 WHEA-Logger as the issue with a Machine Check Exception in the memory.
