Windows 10: OneDrive request to turn off the Cloud service syncing

I have received the following Windows 11 message: "We cannot back up your pictures folder because it contains another cloud storage. Please turn off the cloud service syncing in this folder and try again". How do I do that?

QNAP Enhances Cloud Backup Services with its Upcoming Cloud Drive Sync

Due to the unexpected service suspension of the Dropbox Linux Client, users of QNAP Systems, Inc. NAS are now unable to activate Dropbox synchronization through the Dropbox Sync app. Users who have the Dropbox Sync app currently installed and are connected to their Dropbox account are unaffected, but if they log out of the app then their service will be suspended.

To continue providing users with convenient cloud sync services, QNAP will soon be releasing a new Cloud Drive Sync - Beta app to support file synchronization between QNAP NAS and Google Drive, Dropbox and more. The new Cloud Drive Sync - Beta app will be available from the QTS App Center for QNAP NAS with QTS 4.1 (or a newer version) installed.





In Q3 2015, QNAP will release a whole new backup solution - Hybrid Backup Restore - that will provide enhanced data protection and restoration by integrating local/remote NAS and cloud backup services as well as by supporting more cloud storage service providers.

OneDrive folder not syncing with cloud

Hi, this my first post here. I don't know if I have put this in the correct forum, apologies if not. My Windows Version is 20H2. For some reason I created my OneDrive folder within my existing OneDrive setup, in C:\Users\Username\OneDrive\Email attachments\Documents. I don't know if this affects my issue, where my OneDrive folder doesn't sync with the cloud. The app is stuck on looking for changes. How can I change the location of my OneDrive folder to C:\Users\Username? How can I make my OneDrive folder sync? Thanks. Edit: Now when I try to log into OneDrive it comes up with a dialog box saying "There was a problem signing you in. Please try again in a few minutes." My OneDrive folder contains 472 GB worth of data, 335,000 files and 120,000 folders. I have a 1TB OneDrive account. - - - Updated - - - Update: It appears that if I open files from within Office on my PC they sync in their related folder to the cloud as the folders appear in My files online. I can also open them on my Android phone through the app.
