Windows 10: One screen dimming automatically after 25 seconds of inactivity

A new Lenovo laptop with Windows 11 pro is automatically dimming the main screen after few 25 seconds of inactivity. If I connect it to a docking station, with two screens, it happens on the main screen too Just one, not both of them. Tried in two different setups and it is consistent. The dimming is triggered not based on ambient lighting, but on inactivity of a few seconds. Actually exactly 25 seconds. Maybe this is windows hello, not seeing me in front of the computer because the laptop lead is closed and thus assuming I am not there... I turned off Hello to check and it still happen

They're both off. But I started asking around people in my company, if they know something about this. And it turns out there's an easy fix. Plug in your power cable. :\
And so far it seems to work. Too bad I wasted 3 days trying all the fixes I could find ...

 

Screen turns dim after 40 seconds, goes black a minute after that. Dell Laptop running Windows 10.

After approximately 40 seconds of inactivity, my laptop’s screen will go dim, and then one minute after dimming the screen will turn off becoming black. However, if I touch the keyboard or touchpad before the screen turns off, the screen will lighten back up to its original brightness. Interestingly, when watching a video on a platform such as YouTube, the screen will not dim after 40 seconds of inactivity.

I have turned off adaptive brightness, set the screen and sleep timer to “never,” and edited the power plan. None of these fixes have worked.

My laptop is a Dell Latitude 5320, running Windows 10 Pro edition, version 22H2. If I am missing any important information, please ask for it.
