Windows 10: One Note using excessive RAM

Hello,Recently I have had problems with my OneNote application using excessive amount of RAM. Up to 57GB at a time, which seems ridiculous to me. I have tried restarting my computer and force quitting the app multiple times to avoid my computer simply crashing. The odd thing is that when OneNote does this, I am not actively using the app. I have it open and running in the background but am not asking it to do anything. Generally, I will open it, I watch its RAM use climb up into the 50s and then it crashes, or my computer asks me to close it to prevent the system crashing. I have a screen sho

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

To RAM or not to RAM...

Hey genesis what hardware have you bought, you might be able to save on the ram and step up the rest of the hardware a little...

Or you could go out on the town as suggested... *Big Grin

 

Sticky Note Missing

1.- Open >> Sticky notes, when located on the taskbar (Right click on the option) >> Select: List of Notes, now check if your note is in that list.
