I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE EFFIN HATE MICROSFT! THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR STEALING OUR STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have MANY MANY MANY times unlinked, uninstalled and deleted one drive and that effin thing keeps coming back like a bad penny!!!! I am so sick and bloody tired of Microsoft and their cruel stealing of our stuff! They have no right!!! I HATE THEM SO EFFIN MUCH!!!!!!!!! I took my stuff out of one drive, put them in my external but yet those SOBs still stole my stuff!!! They aren't on my external as they should be! I have my computer set to download to my external, but I put stuff on m

How Can I Sue Microsoft

I think you should get together with the other posters in this forum who want to sue Microsoft and consolidate your efforts. Not only will you communicate with each other more efficiently, you might possibly save on legal fees.

I would further suggest moving your conversations to a Facebook group and letting everyone know that this is the Facebook group for people who want to sue Microsoft, and to send any and all further communication on the subject to the Facebook group instead
of this community forum. Again, I feel that would be a more efficient and productive way to achieve your goals.

 

Symantec sues Microsoft

It must be linked to the time of year, because Symantec is sueing Microsoft for misappropriating intellectual property and breach of contract over a licensing deal with Veritas, which Symantec bought last year. They want to block the sale of Windows Vista until everything is sorted out. Symantec says that Veritas storage management software, licensed by Microsoft, has been used in the development of a number of Windows products, including Vista.

Woman sues Microsoft over marketing strategy

If you trust the prosecution, Microsoft is guilty of labeling computers as "Windows Vista Capable" when they really can only run the basic edition of Windows Vista. While this sounds like an absolutely ridiculous reason to sue Microsoft, it is a very legitimate case. Microsoft labels almost all new computers as "Windows Vista Capable", which makes users think they are buying all the cool stuff that's advertised in the "Windows Vista Experience", such as Aero. In truth, users can only run the basic edition of Windows Vista, which comes with no such luxuries. The defense (aka Microsoft) claims that this is really not the case, and that "Windows Vista Premium Certified" is just one way to prove that Microsoft "conducted a very broad and unprecedented effort" to educate everyone on the latest version of Windows.
