Unable to Save to Documents Folder

I can't move, copy or save anything to my Documents folder. I checked the properties of the folder, under security, it listed only Home Users and WMP Network Svc. My account name is listed in the security tabs of Pictures, Music, etc., and I am able to
save, copy and move to those folders. My account is listed in C:/Windows/Users/myname/Documents under the security tab. How do I add my name to the Documents folder in File Explorer?

Problem with Saving to Document Folder

I upgraded to Windows 10 Home from Windows 7 Home Premium. After the update I could not t move, copy or save anything to my Documents folder in File Explorer. I checked the properties of the folder, under security, it listed only Home Users
and WMP Network Svc. My account name is listed in the security tabs of Pictures, Music, etc., and I am able to save, copy and move to those folders. My account is listed in C:/Windows/Users/myname/Documents under the security tab.

I created another Microsoft account and added to my main account as an additional user. When I use the new account, saving works. Of course, with the new account, all my data, apps, etc., are not there.

I then rolled back to Windows 7 (where I could save) and then reinstalled 10 with a different MS account. Same problem again with the Documents folder. In C:/Users/My name)/ Documents under the security tab, Everyone is listed first, then SYSTEM, then
my account. In the other libraries (Music, Pictures, Video), Everyone is not listed, just SYSTEM and my account. If I look in the security tab of the Documents folder in Explorer, it says the file is owned by S-1-5-21-746137067-1532298954-839522115-1003.
If I try to change ownership, I get an error message that my account can't be found. The tab lists Home Users (New Machine\home users) and WMPNetwork SVC.

I rolled back to Windows 7 again and this time I could not save to Documents.
In the security tab in Data (F)One Cloud says 'document folder' is too big to save :Documents, I now have the same Home Users (New Machine\home users) and WMPNetwork SVC
listed as I did in Win 10.

Virus and malware scans find nothing.

Waiting forever to contact MS Support after wasting an hour trying to find a phone number or email address for them.
