Windows 10: Old laptop keeps freezing and going to a black screen of glitches every few minutes

Recently I updated my old laptop to the latest version of windows 10 ever since then my fortnite game crashes and now today I log on to find my screen freezing and my screen turning black with glitches could someone please help me resolve this bug.

Freezing screen and glitches

As I boot up my laptop it boots perfectly but after I login for more than 5 seconds later the screen freezes or glitching or maybe goes black screen sometimes. If I try to troubleshoot then green dots appears and screen freeze. I can not do anything

 

Screen freezing and going black after a few minutes.

This started this morning. It turns on and works fine but after a few minutes the screen freezes sometimes parts becomes distorted and then goes black. It doesn't shut off it just goes black. It gave me a stop code. CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT. Does anyone know what that means?.

Update: I used the memory diagnostic tool as suggested on one of my Google searches and it didn't detect any problems there.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
