Windows 10: Odd computer behavior. Mouse and Headphone issues.

There are two issues i have recently begun dealing with on my computer that I don't understand1. Mouse randomly glitchingMy mouse will randomly disconnect, windows plays the usb connect sound, and it soon reconnects and begins working2. Headphone audio.My headphones will sometimes only play in one ear, and then later will switch back to playing in both ears. Any help is greatly appreciatedI have tried rebooting, and for the mouse, i have power saving turned off.

Mouse without borders mouse behavior issue

Erratic mouse behaviors may be a caused by a corrupted software or a defective device. Hence, we would like to know more:

• Have you done any changes on your computer?
• Are we working on a wired or a wireless device?
• If it is a wired device, have you tried a different USB port?
• Have you used a different mouse and check if the issue persist?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

usb mouse not responding

Headphones, microphone issue.

This issue may be due to driver compatibility. We'd like to ask additional information to better assist you. Please answer the following:

• Are you getting any error message?
• When did the issue start?
• Were there any recent changes made prior to this?
• Have you tried using a different headphone to isolate the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you set the headphone as the default device on your computer. Here's how:

• Open Control Panel.
• Select Hardware and Sound.
• Click Sound.
• Choose Headphones and click Set default button at the bottom.
• In some cases, there is no headphone option alone, but Speakers/Headphone. If that’s the case, select that and click
  Set default button at the bottom.
• Press OK.

If the issue persists, then you can update your driver by following the steps
