Windows 10: NVIDIA OpenGL driver error code 7

Hi I have a problem that needs to be solved right now that is. I'm using Autodesk MAYA CPU rendering, it's taking too long and my CPU is running at 100% and sometimes the machine is power off. so I used GPU render instead of CPU so the result is quite fast but this time my GPU driver error, the display message is:"NVIDIA OpenGL Driver.A TDR has been detected.The application must close. Error code: 7Would you like to visit:......"My configuration is: Windows 10 64/bit. CPU Intel Xeon E3 v5. 32gb ram. NVIDIA Quadro M5000M Card

The error code indicates, "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)". We need to reinstall the device driver manually. I suggest you to refer the steps for
Code 28 mentioned in the article
Error codes in Device Manager in Windows and see if that helps.



You can try to run NVidia Auto-Detect and see if that helps you in installing the NVidia drivers. You can run NVidia Auto-Detect from
NVidia website. You can also check for the pending updates on the computer and install them. Please refer the section
How do I manually update my PC? from the article
Windows Update: FAQ.



If the issue persists, I suggest you to try the steps mentioned below to install the drivers:

1. Press Windows key + X and select
   Device Manager.
   
2. Right click on the NVidia driver and select
   Update Driver.
   
3. Click on Browser my computer for driver software.
   
4. Now, click on Let me pick from a list.
   
5. Select the NVidia MX250 driver and click on
   Next.
   
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
   
7. Restart the computer once the driver is installed.

NVIDIA Releases Preview Drivers with OpenGL 4.4 ICD

NVIDIA followed up on Monday's OpenGL 4.4 API launch with its first preview driver that includes GL 4.4 ICD (installable client driver). Unlike Direct3D, which comes included with Windows, OpenGL is distributed by GPU driver vendors. The OpenGL 4.4 Preview driver from NVIDIA bears the canonical version numbering "GeForce 326.29," is dated 18/07/2013, and supports GeForce GPUs from GeForce GTX 400 series onwards; and Quadro K600 onwards. NVIDIA's OpenGL 4.4 Preview driver adds an increasing number of GL extensions and features, with increase in GL version number hardware support.
