Windows 10: Nvidia GTX 1060 not being detected on my Lenovo Legion y7000-p laptop

Nvidia GTX 1060 not being detected on my Lenovo Legion y7000-p laptop and I can't open nvidia control panel or update drivers through geforce experience or the nvidia website. I've tried multiple fixes but nothing has worked.

GTX Nvidia 1060 (6gb) card not detected after jan 3rd windows 10 update (optimus laptop)

Hello Andre,

Thank u for your quick response. I tried the inbuilt recovery option in my laptop(razer blade 2017). It clean wiped everything and booted from scratch(windows 10.0.14393) Build 14393.

I haven't installed any drivers now(haven't setup a network connection yet). But the gtx 1060 device still shows error code 43.

The pre installed nvidia control panel still doesn't open

Should I try your steps again ? (Or is my device busted )
