Nvidia GeForce gt 540m dedicated graphic card causing emulators to crash I am facing this problem since 1 year when I play games in emulator with dedicated graphic card Nvidia GeForce gt 540 m after entering in game after 1 minutes it will crash Pc I am very thankful to you Microsoft team if you answered me I am very sad I am not able to play games on my laptopSpecs Windows 10 ProCore i7 2nd generation 8gb ddr3 ram 2 graphic card : Nvidia GeForce gt 540m , Intel graphics 30004 cores 8 logical processors I have tried all solutions from youtube but nothing works for me ! I am very sad

Does not exist a version of NVidia Driver for Windows 10 that is compatible with notebooks that use hybrid form Intel HD3000 cards and NVidia Geforce 540M or similar?

Who is missing with respect and consideration for its customers, NVidia or Microsoft?

The Windows 10 upgrade window states that this PC can't run Windows 10 because the display manufacturer hasn't made your display compatible with Windows 10. Check with the manufacturer for support. My computer is equipped with the NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M
graphics card. I checked with NVIDIA and I attempted to download and install 3 different drivers. All 3 state that it's not compatible with my current version of Windows (Windows 7). How am I supposed to install the Windows 10 upgrade if the drivers can't
be installed without Windows 10 already on my computer?

Systemrequirementslab.com sometimes spits at me that I have 3gb or 4gb dedicated video memory on my card, and sometimes 1gb.

So I dediced to find out myself.

Start -> Run -> Msinfo32 -> Components -> Display:

I have 2.
One is obviously my Intel HD Graphics 4600
"Adapter RAM 1.00 GB (1,073,741,824 bytes)"
1 GB on the intel HD graphics sounds about right?

And the other is my NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M
"Adapter RAM (1,048,576) bytes"


What's going on here msinfo32 suggests my card has 1 MB of memory?
This laptop's graphics card should have 3 GB or 4 GB dedicated video memory.

Am I misunderstanding how my system memory is used? Does it somehow use some of that ram as dedicated memory to my card as well? I haven't changed any settings nor know how to.

Ok this is looking more reasonable? What is lying to me and why?

Can someone explain to me please. I'm rather tech savvy usually with myself under going study for ICT, mainly networking etc.
Any explanation would help greatly thanks. Or directions to help change or fix what ever is going on if it's not correct.
