    my case number is 7026890771

    After following the instructions of update and upgrading OS using "Media Creation Tool" which is given by one of tech support assistant but result is same.
    i dont think my WiFi hardware has problem because.
    im Dual Boot for Windows and Linux

    On Linux says Wireless Module okay no problem found. so i took a step back and test my module again. ive tested the hardware during boot with Integrated built in software HP hardware diagnostics.

    Result was:
