Windows 10: Notifications can't be clicked on

Hello, Quite recently I've noticed that I cannot click on notification banners. When a banner pops up, Windows doesn't register any sort of clicking action on the banner i.e. I can't open the app, close the banner by clicking on the x icon, more options for the notification by clicking the three dots .... I can however open up Notification Centre and dismiss the notifications from there. I'm currently on Win11 24H2. Any solutions to this problem? Thanks

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Follow these steps to check if it works:

• Show notifications on the lock screen
• Show alarms, reminders, and incoming VoIP calls on the lock screen
• Hide notifications when duplicating my screen
• Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows

You may just turn them off the notification as you need.

  Type Settings on your search bar

  Click on systems
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions
  
• 
  Disable all the notifications on the screen
