    Not receiving my purchase form Minecraft marketplace


    Yestertoday i bought 2 packs on Minecraft Marketplace, i first bought the "Pets Pack" and then right after i bought the "Morph Pack" i instantly received everything from the Morph Pack and registered as owned, but i never received anything from the Pets Pack and was still able to be bought, but when i tried repurchasing the pack it just gave me a error message: PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent. I then used 3 hours researching how to receive the items i bought, and ended up uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft, search for updates to my PC and yet nothing changed. So i refunded the pack and did th

    Purchased Minecraft Starter Pack but didn't receive the Minecoins!

    We have the same issue. Please advise what we need to do to claim our minecoins. We have logged out and back in again.
