Windows 10: No longer able to log into windows 10 after using msconfig to enter diagnostic mode.

After entering diagnostic mode through MSCONFIG upon logging in I was told my PIN was unavailable. I was given the option to reset the PIN and nothing happened. I tried resetting it several times. I then chose "sign in options and chose to enter to enter my Microsoft account password, which I did. The reply was "Invalid username or password". I knew the password and username was correct because I used it on another computer. I then tried changing the Microsoft password to see if it had any effect on the computer I can't get logged into. It had no effect.Anybody know why this might have happene

MSCONFIG diagnostic startup. How to get out since you can't run MSCONFIG in this mode.

Once you run MSCONFIG & set Windows to boot in diagnostic mode, how do you get back OUT of diagnostic mode? Once you boot in diagnostic mode, MSCONFIG will no longer run so how does one turn this option back OFF? Bear in mind that I'm asking about this
for a dual boot system with Windows 7 and 10 so some of the F keys (like e.g. F8) can't be used.



There must be an option somewhere in Settings or Control Panel, but I'll be dipped if I can find it. HELP! TIA

 

Recovery to normal startup from diagnostic startup in windows 10

All those can work only if you can logged in. In my case, i cannot logged in at all because there is no log in form to filled. There are only 4 icons showed up on the lower right corner wich is not helping me to solved my problem. Now, i can recover after
conducting crashboot for windows 10. shut down the computer, Turn on again and Hold down the SHIFT KEY, when it start to boot force it to shut down. Do it twice (Dont Forget to Hold the SHIFT key). In the 3rd time, the Diagnostic repair screen will appear.
There are some option. Choose the StartUp Mode, and then follow the instruction to conduct safe mode. After restart, we will entering the safe mode.

after entering the safe mode then you can do Run the MSConfig, checklist the normal startup. And restart. Done. Computer Back to normal

Thanks for the suggestion. I have already tried disabling all Extensions and Add-ons but with no effect. If I start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding the Shift Key while clicking on the Firefox taskbar icon, it opens in 4 seconds. I should really raise this in the Firefox forum.
What I am more concerned about is - why I cannot enter diagnostic mode through msconfig.
