Windows 10: No longer able to claim xbox game pass in included with device option Option doesnt show

I bought a new laptop Asus TUF A16 and receieved free xbox game pass. I checked on my day off purchase and it showed in my microsoft store in included with device section but later on appox 15 days the option to claim disappeared. Is there a fix or support i can contact to resolve this issue so i can claim my xbox game pc for free. Also im able to prove that i purchased the product recently and registered it in asus account

Unable to claim xbox game pass ultimate trial included with device

I recently purchased a Lenovo laptop (Windows 11) that came with a 3 month trial of Xbox game pass ultimate. When I go to the microsoft store to claim the trial, I get the error "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help," accompanied by a long error code that changes every time and doesnt turn up any results on google. The problem has persisted for the past couple days so waiting has not in fact helped.

I have tried resetting and repairing the microsoft store, making sure the install service is running in services, and just about every other fix I can find on the internet and nothing is working. I still get notifications telling me to claim my free trial, and I am able to download other apps from the store.

I have purchased game pass in the past, so I thought that the issue might be that the trial only works for new users but after combing through the promotional materials and terms and conditions there is nothing to say that the 3 months free is only for new customers.

I am at a loss and would love some help.

Try this

In Windows search bar, keying Xbox and clicking Open to launch application.

In Game Pass page, clicking GET GAME PASS

Then you will see the notice about You’ve got free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and clicking CLAIM NOW to start claiming

Your free game pass will be there
