Windows 10: No Applicable App Licences Found

So i'm using Windows 11 Home, and I keep getting "No applicable app licences found" when I try to launch a Fallout game. I tried everything I found on the internet, but nothing seems to work. How can I fix this?

GPU online application question

I am thinking to create a GPU comparison application which can be accessed online,
but would love to hear some suggestions and what you would want from such an app.

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Step 1 App Troubleshooter

After trying to run the app, get message:

• “Windows Sore cache and licences may be corrupt. Resetting Windows Store will resolve cache and licence issues. Would you like to reset now?”

Responded yes to reset

• Message Windows Store Cache may be damaged..............not fixed”

Tried powering off and on, but same symptom.

Any further suggestions?
