Windows 10: News and Interests won't stay turned off

Hi,I learned a couple days ago that I could turn off the News and Interests from showing on my taskbar and I disabled it in settings. However, it continuously reappears. It will just randomly show up again while I'm using my laptop or after I close it for a while. The same thing is happening with the search highlights and HP Support Quick Access icon. My laptop is fully updated. What can I do to keep them away? Thank you.

Yesterday was reading on it. All of a sudden turned off and now it won´t turn on

 

My caps lock won t turn off

I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way

 

News and Interests shows wrong location, language and data

Try to turn off then turn it back on

-Right click on the Taskbar

-Click News and Interest and expand it

-Click Turn off

Restart your computer and turn it back on using the same steps.
