  1. New Windows 11 Update messed up my audio

I updated my Windows 11 to Version 22H and now my audio is bugged and will go soft then loud constantly. I tried unplugging then replugging in my headphones, tried using earbuds but it's still the same.Everything I have tried doesn't work, tried muting then unmuting but it didn't work. Is there a way to fix this? Or would it fix if I can find a way to revert the update?

    :)

  2. Windows 11 messed up audio devices

Hey all, I just upgraded to windows 11 from 10, and now all my audio devices are messed up. I used to have it as my speakers that are plugged into the front audio port, and my headphones/mic plugged into the back. They were listed as 2 separate devices that I could toggle between. Since I went to 11, it is now showing as 1 audio device only and the audio plays from speakers and headphones at the same time. any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks

  4. New Windows 11 Update messed up my audio

My Windows Audio is a Mess

Hi there Punchcard, I will be your Independent Advisor for today, I hope we can both resolve your problem.

What I would suggest for now is to completely remove the Audio drivers listed in the Device Manager. Please make sure you remove all listed under Sound and audio devices.

Here is how to do it.

Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Win + X on Windows 10.

    Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry Sound and Audio. Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You may need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.

    Step 5. Reboot the computer.

And then please see if there are any improvements.
