Windows 10: New mouse, new problems

So I recently bought this wireless LED mouse from Amazon and it's been having this weird problem right out of the box. For some reason whenever I click on a link of any kind the mouse would have my PC download it as a HTML file, an example of this would be like when am watching YouTube or something and I try to click on the YouTube logo In order to redirect myself back to my YouTube home page. Instead of taking me to the home page however my mouse would just download the link under the name "download.htm" which is clearly not what I wanted. we suggest that you try creating a new folder using a keyboard shortcut or from File Explorer. Please refer to the steps below:

• Click on the desktop.
• Press CTRL + SHIFT + N.
• A new folder should be created.

Creating a new folder from File Explorer.

• Open File Explorer.
• Hover your mouse on the location where you want to create a new folder.

Need a new mouse

Im in desperate need of a new mouse as my Habu is taking a shit on me. Looking for suggestions that is NOT the Mad Catz gaming mouse. Id prefer it to have side buttons and it be a right handed mouse (ambidextrous works too)
