Windows 10: New Microsoft Teams brings up my Taskbar while playing games on Windows 11

Whenever I play games with Microsoft Teams while in a meeting, the cursor will eventually hover over the taskbar and then show up and lose focus of the game I'm playing. How is Teams even allowed to overwrite the Mouse cursor locking into a Fullscreen application? This only happens when I'm in a meeting and I want it to not bring up my taskbar while in a meeting obviously, this is ridiculous. I have turned off the "share any window from my taskbar" and in general there is so much messed up behavior when it comes to the task bar and basic functionalities of Windows as soon as Teams has a part

Microsoft Teams brings up my Taskbar while playing games (WIN11)

So I just upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 recently and I noticed that whenever I play my games with Microsoft Teams while in a meeting, the cursor will eventually hover over the taskbar and then show up and lose focus of the game I'm playing. This only happens when I'm in a meeting and I want it to not bring up my taskbar while in a meeting so I can play/practice the games I'm playing

I have tried:

- Exclusive Fullscreen and Fullscreen Optimizations

- Disabling Notifications for Microsoft Teams

- Automatically hiding the taskbar when not in use

Methods that have worked:

- Opening Microsoft Teams on my browser. It stopped bringing up my taskbar though it consumed more resources

- Leaving the meeting

I want to be able to both play uninterruptedly and attend the meeting but without using Microsoft Teams on my browser. Is there anyway that can fix this?
