    New LG Gram Laptop. Integrated Camera not working.


    ERROR CODE Oxc00D3704 returned.Device Manager: Imaging devices including hidden devices; only shows Epson printer. Device Manager: Cameras shows Mirametrix Virtual Camera, device working properly.Also listed is LGE Camera; Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. Code 45. To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.I dont have any external hardware

    LG Gram Windows 11 Hello doesn't recognize?

    Windows Hello Face requires an infrared camera, which 90% of brand new laptops DON'T have. So it is perfectly normal that your brand new laptop doesn't have windows hello face.

    LG Gram has "proximity" lock, when the camera doesn't see you in front of the laptop, it will lock the computer out. Watch the video inside this webpage.

    New LG Gram Laptop. Integrated Camera not working.

    Battery not charging on LG Gram

    I have a 9 month old LG Gram 16T90P-K laptop . It has worked great the whole time. Now suddenly, it won't charge. I've tried new cords, different outlets, made sure I was using the right USB socket, etc. Tried rebooting. Tried the suggestion on this forum to do the Control Panel Troubleshooter. The windows icon says plugged in 0% available. So it is not charging. I don't think it is the battery, must be a windows thing. Please help!
