Windows 10: New AMD gpu causing crashes: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL d1 caused by amdkmdag.sys

The Scenario:I just upgraded my gpu from an AMD Radeon RX 6600 to an AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE. The only other thing that changed was the power supply, going from a 600w to 850w. I completely wiped the drivers using DDU, then installed the correct ones. I am constantly having crashes when launching a game, and sometimes even when I'm not launching a game. Black frozen screen for 10-20 seconds, computer fans stay on, then does fresh boot. Things I've tried:When I do a fresh DDU wipe of graphics drivers, I can get in the game sometimes once or twice, but it eventually crashes either in the game or

The minidump files showed DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) stop errors caused by the Netwtw04.sys:

Probably caused by : Netwtw04.sys ( Netwtw04+4f5c2 )

The Netwtw04.sys is a driver for the Intel wireless.

Try installing the 64-bit drivers in the following link from Intel (version 19.70.0):

GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.

 

Getting constant crashes with this message "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)"

Recently I started getting crashes on my PC with message "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)".
Here is a link with dump files created. As I understand, there is some problems with drivers but I cant figure which one. Please help!

Processor: AMD ryzen 7 7800x3d
Graphic: Nvidia RTX 4700 Super OC
