Windows 10: Network adapters would disappear until i data reset my computer, and now freezes and crashes.

I use to have issues with my network adapters with them randomly disappearing and disconnecting, and I tried everything to fix them. I then reset windows and my data on my computer, but now instead of the internet turning off, the whole computer just freezes and crashes when I play games now. Strangely enough, the network adapter issue seemed to only be when I was playing games or listening to music. I need help, I don't want to have to go to the shop to repair.

Resetting Network Adapter

While I have read several suggestions for resetting the network adapter, they all involve rebooting the PC. I am wondering why the Windows Network and Internet troubleshooter doesn't reboot after resetting the adapter? Whatever it does appears (mostly) to solve my network connection issues and a solution that doean't involve rebooting would be an improvement.

Method 1: Run the Troubleshooter for Network Adapter.

1. At first, tap down the Windows key along with the letter I to access the Settings window.
2. After that, from the available options click on Update & Security.
3. Next, from the left-hand side panel click on Troubleshoot.
4. Further, select Network Adapter from the right-hand side panel and then click on "Run the troubleshooter".
5. Now, among the Network Adapter options select the Network type of which the problem is arising.
6. Lastly, click on Next, and wait until the process is over.
