Windows 10: Need license key back for my Win10/11 Pro license purchased

Hi! When looking up my order history, I see the order number, but I don't see the license key for Windows 10/11 Pro in the order. Here's the history: So I had, four years ago, purchased a laptop with Win10 Home on it. I purchased Win10/11 Pro from MS store and installed it on the laptop, using the same email account and info. I later installed WIn11, but three weeks later, due to hardware driver incompatibility I had to restore from the original laptop image. Now I'm back at the original Win10 Home on my laptop, but there's no key information and Windows still thinks it's running Home ed

Upgrade Win11 Home to Pro with Win10 Pro license

I purchased a PC with Win11 Home on it.

I have on my Microsoft account a Win10 Pro license from my old PC that is not being used.

Can I use that Win10 Pro license to upgrade my new Win11 Home to Pro?

 

Purchased Surface and Windows 11 Pro License yesterday

Hi,

So yesterday I went to best buy and purchased a Surface Pro and loaded it with Windows 11 pro. This morning, the laptop completely broke with no way to recover, so I exchanged it and got a new one. I need help either transferring that license or at least getting a refund on the license as the former surface is no longer in my possession. What are my options? I do not have the license key but I do have the Microsoft account with the order number and both laptops still registered to it.
