Windows 10: Need help with excel trouble shooting

Let me say this first I tried lencleantrim and check string using mid and and the value is correct format correct on sheet1 and sheet3 too I am using index and match in on sheet 3 I have values in f:f from 28.0 to 22.0 and g:g almost the same but values can repeat in different cell so here’s my problem in f3 I have 27.8 and it works correctly and in f5 27.6 it works correctly but f4 has 27.7 and it returns value of n/a it does this on only anything that has .7 so I make another using column J and k and it has same problem but it is with anything with . 6. Like 27.6 I added value, trim, arr

Help needed with Excel Attendance Sheet

You use the Data tab, Data validation facility to do this.

My example:
- I have written them in what seems to me to be the order of easiest explanation.
- You'd actually set them up in the reverse order - step 3, step 2, step 1.

1 The result - my dropdown list. I select the cell then click on the dropdown arrow that appears next to it.




2 To set this up, select the whole column [or individual cells] where you want the dropdown to appear then click on the Data tab then the Data validation control. You need to
- select In-cell dropdown
- set the Allow entry to List
- in Source, enter the worksheet name & cell range where you have written the allowable entries - you will generally want to use absolute cell references such as those shown [$ in a cell address means absolute and will not vary as you copy the formula all the way down your column - look this up if you are not familiar with it because it needs a bit of getting used to].




3 Write out the list of allowable entries that will appear in your dropdown list.

Trouble Shooting Problem

Hey! I am not able to trouble Shoot anything need help??

 

Why I don't get the trouble shooting option?

Steps:

1. move the mouse cursor on the power icon
   
2. push down the Shift key
   
3. right click on the power icon (a menu will pop up)
   
4. select the restart
   

On the restart screen, I only have the "turn off your computer" option, but nothing else. What I need is the "trouble shooting" option and I have seen the option in many online tutorials. Why I don't get the option?

BTW, there are two other ways to get the restart screen, using a repair disk and searching on UEFL. And this question is related to my other question.
