Windows 10: need help with Asus vivobook

my laptop kept getting spammed with popups after my boyfriend downloaded some "protective" apps and files. so I decided to completely factory reset it because there was so much extra garbage on the laptop. but now when it's one, it shows a screen that says "other user" and to put in a username and password. I tried our regular emails but it didn't work so I tried to reset it again. do I use a Microsoft login? or is there a way to bypass it?

I am setting up an asus vivobook, once, I am passed link your phone and pc, it goes onto a white screen

 

ASUS Vivobook 17 Buzzing noises.

I have a ASUS VivoBook 17 and it has a constant buzzing noise when I turn the sound on. It started last week and only briefly when I was playing music. All I had to do then was refresh and it would go away. Today it is constant. I can't listen to anything. I am using Windows 10 right now. Any help or suggestions?
