Windows 10: need help with ace anticheat

i am playing arena breakout infinite everything is fine except i upgraded my system cpu mobo and ram with nvme drive m.2.i downloaded the game and nothing else whatsoever except windows updates and drivers whenever i load the game up i recieve a 1 day ban due to system abnormalities detected.i format the drive reinstalled windows and only downloaded the game and nothing more once again im met with 24 hour ban same reason again the next day same problem.something is interfering with the anticheat causing it to ban me for 1 day everyday.#i followed the instructions to disable virtualisation ect.

Temporarily close the third-party security programs and optimization software that may exist under the system (with firewall nature), and perform a clean boot on your system: Press and hold Windows logo key+R > Enter: msconfig > Hit Enter > Switch to Services tab > Check to hide Microsoft services > Click Disable All > Reboot the device.
   
   [This step eliminates the interference of third-party software, especially antivirus optimization software.]

Wake up from sleep with Microsoft AC Adapter

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community, we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

I understand your concern to restart the laptop from sleep mode when connected to AC power adapter.

Please be informed us if you are facing any problem with while waking the computer from sleep mode.

I suggest you to update the drivers for AC power adapter from
Device Manager and check if it helps.

Steps :

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand AC Power Adapter.
• Right on the W and click on Update driver software.

If the drivers are updated, you will not have the option to Update Driver Software.

Step 2: If that does not fix the issue, please reinstall the display adapter drivers.

• 
  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate and expand Display adapter.
  
• 
  Right-click on the Display adapter
  that is listed and click “Uninstall”.
  

Restart the computer and download, install the latest drivers from the NVIDIA website.
