Windows 10: NDU.sys error and resulting system crash

I have had this error happen to me twice in the last week. This is a very new computer about a month old. I read a previous thread that related to laptops and this is a desktop computer operating on a LAN via hardwire. I read one "fix" about renaming the file NDU.sys however, I am hesitant to do that to a system file. I would really like to know what other people have done to resolve this particular error. I'd also like to mention that this happens whilst I am playing Minecraft Bedrock/XBox Edition. What have YOU done with this error to resolve it?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

BSOD while using the internet. error (L1C63x64.sys)

Welcome to the 10forums.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window


AVG is trying to request data from the internet, which is why the network driver is marked as the cause.

Please uninstall AVG and see if it helps

It is further recommended to check your Qualcomm network driver for updates, its driver is not supported for Windows 10.

P4 OC sys crash

yeah I kinda knew of that, I got rather used to seeing that BSoD error while I've been getting the P4 to 4GHz *Laugh :laugh:

I was just wondering if anyone else thought the sys crash is because of the OC and running F@H, or if someone thought it might be something different . . .
