  1. My Windows version is [Version 10.0.19044.1645] but my DISM is version 10.0.19041.844

I have seen a number of threads asking why their DISM utility version and windows version don't match. I've also read the answers that explained how Microsoft only updates DISM every major version release. However it appears that my version of DISM hasn't updated in since 20h1 or 20h2. My PC is running on 21h2. I'm chasing down a problem that may or may not be related to this and I need assistance with this as soon as possible.

    :)

Which windows 10 version to choose

I'm making an USB windows 10 installation for my old windows 7 laptop.
Which version of windows 10 to use? I have windows 7 home premium on it.

Should I use "windows 10" or "windows 10 Home Single Language" or "windows 10 N"

    Thanks!
