Windows 10: My windows 10 system have got serious malfunction

Discus and support My windows 10 system have got serious malfunction in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Sfc /scannow didn't be run. Defencer was disabled.     My windows 10 system have got serious malfunction


    Sfc /scannow didn't be run. Defencer was disabled. Update can not run. WiFi can't be show and also cannot change to another. It seem got threatened virus. I am worry about it and curious to a way to fix. Can somebody help me. Thanks in advance?

    Just received this along with an alarm "sec-sol.com says. Dear cust a serious malfunction has been detected with Windows 10 and Chrome 49.0.2623.112. Please call the toll free number. " etc... Is this ligit?

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
