My Window account has been wrongly set the birth year as 2025, thus it always needs the parental permission. How can I reset it?

I wrongly input my birth date into my microsoft account

When setting up my account I wrongly input my birth year, making me appear to be 16 years old. I am quite some years older than that!

Now when I try to download Apps to my Nokia Lumia 820 (such as Viber) it won't allow me to do so until a family member has added me to a Family and authorised this action.

I went into my account and changed the year to the correct one ... but still it wants a family member to authorise me. How can I make my Windows phone understand that I am actually old enough?

Cannot change birth date at child account.

Hello

Once i did create an microsoft account for my child. Accidentally i did choose wrong year of birth so she is underage. i didnt care about it untill Microsoft do some changes in policy privacy(?) and since then she cannot play multiplayer in Minecraft. As she is visible as underage i cant change year of birth and unblock options in policy privacy(?).

Can someone knowledgeable help me solve the problem step by step or at least change the privacy policy in her account settings?
