Windows 10: my wifi antenna was lose so i fixed it from inside the pc and now my internet is stuffed on it

the place where i screw the wifi antenna into was lose from inside the pc so i fixed it up, and plugged the antennas back in and once i started it up the internet was stuck on 1 bar and sometimes jumped to 2 and back down and its fine on other devices but before that it was fine with 60 mbps now its 4mbps

Not being rude or anything by posting links; however, antennas are more than a wire in a piece of covering.
You got propagation, transmit/receive gain, standing waves, etc. to consider in the proper implementation. It is, actually, more important on low power output/receive circuits/chipsets.

You could use a 8-9dBi antenna such as earlier suggested on the router, along with something like a Hawking USB Dish for your PC. Take a look, you might like it. There are several models of those, some cheaper than others. I hear it works quite well, but I haven't tried it myself, as I've never had use for Wifi.

Is that ipv4 pool for DHCP? I usually set fixed IP addresses outside dynamic pool (so above .64 in your case)

Other solutions: like Superfly suggested, new wifi adapter (USB solutions in your case), and found one old HP thread... uninstalling HP hotkeys worked for someone - looks like app was messing with physical key...)
