my troubleshooting shows i have a windows 10 home single language digital license for my device running windows 10 pro and i am not able to activate my windows how do i fix this?

upgrade from windows 8.1 single language(license activated), to windows 10 home single language but the digital license was lost

I have one user who's PC is from windows 8.1 single language to upgrade windows 10 home single language 22H2.

Digital license from windows 8.1 single language was activated via cmd slmgr /ato and product was activated successfully.

After upgrading to windows 10 home single language, it says no digital license was found, windows not activated.

specific error code below.

Error: 0x803F7001

No hardware changes has been made.

 

To activate using this digital license, you need to install Windows 10 Home Single Language

Where can I find "Windows 10 Home Single Language" ISO (64bit).

While trying to activate getting this message "We found a Windows 10 Home Single Language digital license for this device running Windows 10 Home
Single Language. To activate using this digital license, you need to install Windows 10 Home Single Language."

I had installed version that downloaded using Media Creation Tool.

 

Windows 10 Single language to Windows 10 Home edtion

My friend laptop comes with Win 10 Single language edition and now want to upgrade to windows 10 home. But in Updates and Security > Activation, I get only option to upgrade is Win Pro. No option for windows 10 Home edition. Please suggest.
