Windows 10: My Toshiba laptop c850 screen keeps flickering

When I move my laptop the screen frequently flickers and I can't see anything in itBut when I use a flashlight I can anything in itThe screen brightness lowers even tho I didn't set the settings in the display

Upgraded to Windows10, pc flashing screen and nonresponsive to keyboard. Cant Shift-F8 to roll back upgrade. HELP!

I am facing a similar problem with my Toshiba Satellite C850-B734 laptop. I tried the troubleshooting steps that you've recommended above, however, the problem still persists. While in safe mode, it worked fine, and i uninstalled the only display driver
installed but the desktop starts to flicker again as soon as I reboot it in the normal mode.

Please suggest any further steps.

 

Flickering laptop screen

I have a Toshiba Satellite L675-S7018 which I updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Pro a couple years ago. Recently the screen has begun to flicker. There doesn't seem to be a problem with movement of the laptop. I updated the video driver and tried to
find any incompatible apps/programs that are listed as general suspects (i.e., Norton, icloud). But I don't seem to have any, although I could use some assistance on the best way to determine which ones are not compatible. Finally I went to Toshiba's website
for assistance. It appears that my laptop model (Satellite L675-S7018) is not a Windows 10 supported model. Until the screen began flickering I have no issues with Windows 10. So my question is, could my screen flickering actually be caused by Windows 10? And
if so, could more serious problems be forthcoming?
