Windows 10: My Taskbar has disappeared from the bottom of my screen

No, the Taskbar isn't hidden. I've updated drivers, reinstalled the most recent update of windows. Restarted 3 times, after running DISM in the cmd prompt along with SFC after that. Nothing is working, but I really don't want to have to do a fresh install of windows.

Taskbar program Jump List disappears

I'm running the latest version of Windows 10 Pro and I have somewhat of a quirky problem. My taskbar is at the bottom
of the screen but I have it expanded to 2 rows, e.g. twice as "thick" vertically as the default. When I right-click on any pinned icons on the bottom row and move the mouse up vertically to access the jump list of that particular program, the jump list
disappears. It seems to be a focus problem of sorts as if I resize the taskbar back to the default, the issue doesn't happen.

I suggest you to change the Screen Resolution and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press ‘Windows ’ key on the keyboard.
• In the search box, type Settings
  
• SelectSystem > Display > Advanced display settings.
• Under Resolution, select a new value. We suggest you stick with the resolution marked
  "(Recommended)”.

Also try locking and then unlocking the Taskbar and check if this helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click an empty space on the taskbar.
• If Lock the Taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked.
  
• If it does not have a check mark, click Lock the Taskbar.
