    My Surface laptop 3 does not completely shutdown


    I have a new installation of windows 11 on my Surface Laptop 3. My Surface laptop has recently stopped shutting down completely. The shutdown screen appears normally as it should and after a couple of seconds the screen turns off and also any led that was left on Caps or Fn. However, the surface is still not shutdown, it is still generating heat, the fan will turn on, and pressing the Fn key will light the led again.Logging in as another user: problem still thereSelective startup with no app loaded at startup: problem still thereReinstalling msi with Surface Laptop 3 drivers from microsof
