Windows 10: My second monitor not been recognized by my Desktop, with the newly installed Windows 11.

Good evening.My desktop has not recognized my second monitor, with the newly installed Windows 11.Since the upgrade, my second monitor 'is not recognized'.With the test at the ICT Tec, it worked, but not on my display, and I have also placed a new adapter for the 2nd display.If I can get advice, please.Shane

INSTALLING SECOND MONITOR, SYSTEM WONT RECOGNIZE

I HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL SECOND MONITOR. BOUGHT APPROPRIATE ADAPTORS, CHECKED AND RECHECKED CONNECTIONS. WHEN I GO TO SETTINGS IT WONT RECOGNIZE SECOND MONITOR, TURNED OFF AND ON, TRIED DETECT, NO LUCK. ANY SUGGESTIONS. TRYING TO ADD TO WINDOWS 10

• Have you tried using the monitor to a different computer?
• What happens if you disconnect your primary monitor and connect the second monitor to make it the main monitor?
