Windows 10: My printer will only print in black and white

Windows 10 Pro vs HP ENVY 4527I am faced with what seems like a trivial problem. It isn't. I am able to print fine in colour from other PCs on my network and test pages from the printer, ink cartridges are full, it is not my printer which is the issue.Whats been happening:I remember changing a setting within the advanced printer options Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers > [My Printer] > Printing Preferences > Advanced, and I changed from Colour --> GreyscaleI have not been able to access that same area for about a week, and instead, I got an error sa

Printer is printing white on black

My printer has decided to print a black page with writing and images in white. I am using a B&W cartridge but don't understand why it is printing in negative

 

Printer prints black text as white text

When printing from laptop via wifi my printer now prints black text as white and makes rest of the page black.

When printing to same printer from another PC there is no problem.

How do I fix this.

thanks for all the troubleshooting steps. I believe my printer is working properly so do not intend to unistall/reinstall etc etc. It just seems the print options I used to have with windows 7 or xp to choose colour or black and white printing are not
available now with windows 10.
