Windows 10: my pc suddenly lags and stuttering when the loud audio came

this is my pc Processor 13th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-13700K 3.40 GHz Installed RAM 32,0 GB 31,7 GB usable System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition Windows 11 Pro and i have been having this issue when im playing GTA V RP , most of the time is fine.. but when there is a loud audio or a lot people talking or some people talk.. im always having this lag and stuttering.. i cant fix itidk why.. is it because of my headphone? im using the razer kitty kraken with microphone.. i updated all my driversso i cant find whats wrong please help me..here is the videohttps://drive

PC lags and audio stutters for a second then stops, happens rarely (Windows 10).

Sorry, but I do not believe this has anything to do with audio drivers. When I say the audio stutters, it's because the whole entire computer is lagging. It's not explicitly the audio that stutters. The audio stutters BECAUSE & DURING the random lag spikes I rarely get.

I'd like to avoid downloading those drivers as they've caused other issues in the past.

 

Bluetooth audio stuttering and lagging

So I have the same issue at my end.
I have Sony WH-1000 XM4 and it has audio stuttering and lagging.

I found the actual reason for this:

I have 3 Bluetooth devices connected with my PC.

1) Logitech Keyboard 380
2) HP Bluetooth Mouse 700
3) Sony WH-1000 XM4

Now whenever all 3 are connected, I get audio stuttering and lagging. But when I connect my mouse with Wireless Dongle and only 2 devices are connected audio works fine.

I don't think any of the below solutions will work. It has to do something with more devices connected with the system via Bluetooth. Seems like windows can only communicate with 2 Bluetooth devices at a time.

Knowing that you have problems with your audio after waking up from sleep, you can try the following suggestions:



1. Check for Hardware Conflicts:

• Open Device Manager.
  
• Expand the “System devices” category.
  
• Look for any devices with yellow exclamation marks or error messages.
  
• If you find any conflicts, try disabling or uninstalling the conflicting devices.
  

2. Test with External Audio Device:

• Connect an external audio device, such as headphones or speakers, to the computer.
  
• If the audio stuttering persists, it suggests a problem with the Realtek audio device or its drivers.
  

3. Disable Audio Enhancements:

• Go to Control Panel > Sound.
  
• Select the Realtek audio device as the playback device.
  
• Click on the “Properties” button.
  
• Go to the “Enhancements” tab.
  
• Uncheck all the enhancement options.
  

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Gigabyte support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or replace the audio device if necessary.
